Add ingredients into a blender and blend.
Set aside and use for marinade of other recipes.
Cut the beef against the grain into small bite size pieces.
Rub the beef in the marinade and let is sit in a stain proof container with a lid overnight.
The next day you take the skewers and soak them in water for 30 minutes.
Skewer the meat onto the sticks by weaving it to make sure the meat stays in place when cooked. (Note: you can skewer the meat once you add the marinade and than allow it to marinade)
Prepare a grill or in our case an air fryer. The air fryer is set to 400F.
Place the skewers on the rack and sear high heat, 2 minutes each side. Remove from oven or grill and enjoy
