Basic Pasta Dough
- 8 oz Flour all purpose
- 6 each egg yolks
- 1 each egg whole
- 1 1/4 teaspoon Olive Oil
- 1 pinch Salt kosher
- In a mixer add the flour and add the yolks with the dough hook attachment knead well until the dough forms into a ball. Remove and cover and rest for 15 minutes.
- Extrude the pasta into desired sheets and allow to dry for atleast 20 minutes.
- Cook in salted water and serve with favorite sauces
