Basic Pasta Dough

  • 8 oz Flour all purpose
  • 6 each egg yolks
  • 1 each egg whole
  • 1 1/4 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 1 pinch Salt kosher


  • In a mixer add the flour and add the yolks with the dough hook attachment knead well until the dough forms into a ball. Remove and cover and rest for 15 minutes.
  • Extrude the pasta into desired sheets and allow to dry for atleast 20 minutes.
  • Cook in salted water and serve with favorite sauces
